Welcome to my little niche corner of the internet!

I've been collecting Zoids since the original release in North America. I remember being in 5th grade when I was first introduced to Zoids as a whole. Someone on my bus had brought the instruction manual from the Hasbro Zaber Fang kit and it only took one look for me to be interested. That afternoon after I returned home, I looked for the show on TV. I saw Liger Zero, my personal favorite, and was hooked from then on. Outside of Zoids, I've always loved robotic animals. I have a soft spot for the original Voltron lions, and the Power Ranger Falcon Zord is an iconic part of my childhood.

What are Zoids? Zoic Androids - that's basically it. Robot animals. When it comes to my collection, any robot animal qualifies, whether it's any official release since the 80s, the aforementioned Voltron lions, Power Ranger Zords, the odd Transformers, a couple bootlegs, or a random off-the-shelf robot animal.

Originally I collected my absolute favorites due to factors like money, space, or availability. Today, my collection grows partly from nostalgia where I save for items I'd always wanted, the odd discovery, and especially nowadays the new lines released for the 40th anniversary. Part of the inspiration was the few times I saw a friend's collection in person. His collection was immense and impressive, and I had someday hoped to have one comparable. Not out of jealousy or competition, moreso because these guys give me so much joy and seeing them all lined up like little soldiers always puts a smile on my face.

What's 'Theolofo'? It's unrelated to Zoids specifically, but I had the URL reserved for years, and my collection gives me an excuse to use it!

I do not post any part of my collection on any social media. This site functions as a personal database and tracker to keep track of what I have and my goals. Other Zoids fansites are recommended for any in-depth information purposes.
